Zero data retention
Every model provider in the ClaimMark-P stack operates under published no-training terms, and zero-data-retention arrangements are in force. Your invention disclosures are never used to train anyone's model.
Encryption
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS infrastructure in the United States.
Tenant isolation
Each firm's matters are isolated. Demonstration tenants are reset between prospects and never mixed with production.
Attorney control
ClaimMark-P assists qualified practitioners. It does not give legal advice, sign, or file. Every output is kept, edited, or dismissed by counsel.
Professional responsibility
Designed around ABA Formal Opinion 512 and the USPTO's guidance on AI tools: competence, confidentiality, supervision, and candor stay with the practitioner, and the product makes verification easy.
Export control
Classified, ITAR-controlled, and other export-restricted material is prohibited until specifically reviewed.
Security package on request
Architecture and data-flow diagram, subprocessor list with training and retention treatment, encryption and access-control summary, incident-response plan, and a completed standard questionnaire. SOC 2 readiness is under way; we will describe it accurately as an attestation, never a certification.
