ClaimMark-P

Patent Drafting

From invention disclosure to a reviewable application.

ClaimMark-P turns incomplete inventor explanations into a coherent disclosure, a defensible claim architecture, supporting figures, and filing-ready prose, while the attorney makes every legal judgment.

Guided invention record

ClaimMark-P is built on the premise of garbage in, garbage out. What makes it revolutionary, and what ensures a top-quality patent application, is that it starts by crafting the perfect invention disclosure in collaboration with the inventor. Inventors describe the invention in their own words through an assisted interview. ClaimMark-P structures it into actors, components, data flows, and embodiments, and flags what is ambiguous or missing before any drafting begins. The attorney reviews and corrects the record; the inventor confirms it.

Prior-art-informed claim strategy

A prior-art search runs against the invention record. Each candidate reference is assessed for relevance with its reasoning shown, and search failures are reported rather than hidden. Claims are then drafted to distinguish the closest art.

Independent claims first

System, method, and computer-readable-medium independent claims are built from the invention record, with dependent claims layered to preserve fallback positions. Change the strategy in plain language and the claim set follows.

Complete specification

Every filing section: title, field, background, summary, brief and detailed description, abstract, and an executive summary for the client. Each paragraph maps to the claim limitations it supports.

Patent figures

System diagrams and flowcharts rendered with reference numerals that match the specification. Each figure is kept, regenerated, or dismissed by the attorney, and placeholders are marked where inventor drawings are needed.

Quality checkpoints

Terminology consistency, antecedent basis, §112 written-description and enablement support, and a full-specification review for §101, §102, and §103 compliance. Issues are surfaced as decisions for the attorney, never buried in a score.

Always current

Edit a claim and ClaimMark-P marks exactly which sections, figures, and reviews are now behind or stale, so the draft never silently drifts out of agreement with itself.

Editable DOCX export

The finished package opens in Word, formatted for filing. Counsel edits, signs, and files. ClaimMark-P never files on your behalf.

Internally validated

One complete software-patent run, end to end.

In our final QA campaign a single run produced a corrected disclosure, prior-art output, 20 claims, an abstract and executive summary, six figures, all nine filing sections, quality and support material, and a DOCX export, with every required check passing, all in less than 2 hours.

Internal evidence; independent attorney and charter-customer validation is under way.
