ClaimMark-P

Compare

Most AI writes patents. ClaimMark-P shows its work.

Plenty of tools can produce patent-shaped text. The question for a practitioner is whether you can check it: where each claim came from, what changed, and what still needs your judgment.

Wanda fans jumbo ClaimMark cards in a glass boardroom while Milo holds one up, unimpressed.

Where a vendor doesn't say, we say "not stated publicly" rather than guess. Hover a cell for the vendor's own words. See something out of date? Tell us and we'll correct it.

Stated by the vendor Partly, or with limits the vendor states Vendor says no, or makes no such claim? Not stated publicly

Sources were checked on or before 2026-09-26. "Source tracing" means the vendor says outputs link back to or cite their source text; "Security attestations" shows a full badge for a stated SOC 2 Type II report. ClaimMark-P's row describes our own product and links to its pages. Product names are trademarks of their owners; ClaimMark is not affiliated with any of them. Vendors change quickly, so confirm anything important with the vendor directly.

Where others are ahead today

Evidence over slogans applies to us too.

Security attestations

Solve Intelligence, DeepIP, Patlytics and Ankar state SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001; Patent Bots, Tradespace and PowerPatent state SOC 2 Type II. ClaimMark-P is in SOC 2 readiness, and we will say so plainly until an independent report is issued. Our security package is available on request.

Inside Microsoft Word

DeepIP, ClaimMaster and Patent Bots run as Word add-ins, and PowerPatent offers a Word plugin for Office Actions. ClaimMark-P is a web workspace that exports an editable DOCX, so the final edit still happens in Word.

Lower prices per filing

ABIGAIL charges $250 per application and $99 per Office Action response export, and ClaimMaster, Patent Bots and PatentPal publish low monthly prices. ClaimMark-P charges $500 per application and $200 per response, or a monthly package, and is priced for practices that want claims hardened before filing, not only drafted.

Breadth of technology

ClaimMark-P launches for software, AI, cloud, cybersecurity and data-processing inventions. Chemical, biotech and mechanical matters come later, after they have been validated.
