Who we are and what this covers

ClaimMark Inc. ("ClaimMark", "we") operates this website, claimmark.ai. This policy covers the website only. The ClaimMark-P product handles client matters under the customer agreement that governs each account, and our Security page describes how that data is protected.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you use the request access form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your work e-mail address, your firm or company, the number of practitioners at your firm, the areas of the product you are interested in, and any notes you add. If you e-mail us, we receive your address and the contents of your message. If you book a meeting through the link to Calendly, Calendly collects what its booking page asks for under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Like every website, ours is served by hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) that processes your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request in order to deliver them and to protect the service from abuse. We do not use that information to identify or profile you. The website runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking technology of any kind. We use Google Search Console, which shows us aggregate figures Google gathers on its own search pages (how often the site appears in Google results and is clicked); it adds nothing to this website and identifies no one to us.

Cookies, tracking, and "Do Not Track"

The website sets no cookies. It stores one value in your browser's local storage, the number of the homepage image you saw last, so the image rotates on your next visit; that value never leaves your browser and identifies nothing. No third party collects information about your activity on this site or across other sites through it. Because we do not track visitors, a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser changes nothing: every visitor is already treated the same way.

How we use what you give us

We use access requests and messages to respond to you, to decide on and arrange early access to ClaimMark-P, to schedule demonstrations, and to keep in touch with you about the product. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join. We make no automated decisions about you.

Who else receives it

Service providers who process data on our behalf, and only for the purposes above: Amazon Web Services hosts the website in the United States and delivers access-form submissions to us by e-mail; Google serves the typefaces this site uses (Google Fonts), which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address and browser details under its privacy policy. Calendly, if you choose to book a meeting. We disclose personal information otherwise only when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Access requests and correspondence are kept as ordinary business records for as long as they are relevant to our relationship with you, and deleted on request. The system that forwards form submissions keeps an operational log of the firm name and practitioner count of each request, without names or e-mail addresses, for troubleshooting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Write to inquiries@claimmark.ai and we will act on the request within thirty days. California residents: this policy is posted in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, and we honor access and deletion requests from every visitor regardless of where they live. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: your information is processed in the United States; we process it on the basis of your request for access to the product and our legitimate interest in responding to you, and you have the rights described above.

Children

This website is for patent professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

The website is served over encrypted connections, form submissions travel encrypted to us, and access to what you send is limited to the people who need it to respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website collects or uses personal information, we will post the revised policy here with a new effective date before the change takes effect. If we ever add analytics, it will be a tool that sets no cookies and identifies no one, or it will ask your consent first.
